Someone Else’s Problem is Your Opportunity

YOU'RE JUST ONE PROBLEM AWAY FROM SUCCESS!

In this article, you'll learn: If you want to be successful, you have to talk, think, and approach situations, challenges, and PROBLEMS differently than most people.

INTRODUCTION

When I’m striving to achieve my full potential, one of the things that makes me the happiest is solving BIG problems (and I’m not just talking about my own problems)—I get more fulfillment when I solve other people’s problems.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that my goal is to be known by everyone on this planet. That’s 8 billion people! I’m not going to do that by talking about my own problems. It’s solving another person’s issue that brings me closer to my true potential.
If you want to be great, seek out other people’s problems. They are opportunities for you to shine, separate yourself from the rest, and solve their issue.
Before you can help someone, you have to open up the conversation to other people's problems. This involves asking hard questions and dealing with difficult personalities. Don’t let that stop you. Your job is to take care of it for them.
Here’s a tip: change any objection, refusal, or problem to a COMPLAINT. That’s all they really are...
Do you know what a complaint is?
Complaints are the most overlooked opportunities.
It’s a sign of interest. A customer has an unmet need. That’s where the opportunity is waiting for you. Your job is to solve that issue. Turn it into a win.

THE TRUTH ABOUT COMPLAINTS

I ask my staff to send me all the complaints that we get. Why? Because I know that complaints are a sign of interest. They are an opportunity for me to solve that person's problem with one of my products or services. Solving their issue brings me one step closer to reaching my true potential.
One of the major difference between successful and unsuccessful people is that the former look for problems to resolve, whereas the latter make every attempt to avoid them.
Next time you hear someone complaining, seek out the OPPORTUNITY. Pay attention and look to resolve that person’s issue. You should be doing this all the time. Be like a deer in the forest with ears held high, listening for the beast. Then become the beast...

SUMMARY

You will never be polished at selling your product, service, or idea if you only get a handful of opportunities. The more actions you take, the more business you’ll have. If you get good at solving problems for people, the more SUCCESS you’ll have and… You’ll solve your own problems at the same time.
Be great,
GC

HUSTLE MUSCLE FOR MILLENIALS

IT SEEMS LIKE EVERY OTHER MINUTE THERE'S ANOTHER “EXPERT” IN THE NEWS HAMMERING AT THE MILLENIALS (THE GENERATION OF PEOPLE AGES 18-30) WHO ARE STARTING TO MAKE THEIR MARK IN THE WORKFORCE.

It's not easy out there for anyone, and this group in particular is currently suffering at a 16.8% unemployment rate. There are plenty of people between 18-30 who are talented, smart and eager to earn, who are yet unemployed or underemployed and stuck. Here are five things you must do, Millenial or not, so you can get to the life you want as fast as possible.
  1. Shrug off the bad rap.
Look, every generation bashes the one that comes after it. My grandpa bashed my dad's generation and my dad bashed mine. This will continue to happen so don't let it get in your head. Instead, prove everyone wrong. Set goals for yourself with a clear list of actions you must take to make things happen.
  2. Opportunity is everywhere.
Quit thinking you can send resumes to the black hole of the HR department or rely on job boards to land a great position. Instead, find out about the businesses in your area, find 10 people you would want to work for and then get in front of those people. You want to find the people at the top, call them, tweet them, e-mail them, and just hammer at them until you get a face-to-face meeting. That is how you get noticed in today's marketplace. You get creative, resourceful and stop at nothing to sell yourself.
  3. Gain access and learn.
Understand that you will have to prove yourself. My current VP of sales started with me 4 years ago making less than $3000 per month. I told him I'd teach him all he needed to know about sales so he could develop and grow. He just turned 30 and will earn over $300k this year. Accepting less money at the start for access to those who will teach you can pay off tremendously.
  4. Set the bar higher than the middle class myth dictates.
Look, your parents and their parents bought into a myth that made the middle class something worth of aspiring for. The middle class idea doesn't benefit anyone but politicians. Don't strive for middle. Strive for greatness.
  5. Surround yourself with big thinkers and big earners.
Expand your friendships to include people who are doing far better than you are. Then, learn from them. Go where they go – restaurants, sporting events, charity functions. Find a way to help these people and get yourself noticed in the process.
Every week via my online show, I'll be offering tips to help the Young Hustlers out there–the 18-30 year old players that want to build wealth for themselves. Maybe you're 19 with a high school degree and no idea what to do next. Maybe you fell into a sales job but have zero training on how to make the most of it. Maybe you are freaking out because your student loans kicked in and you can't afford to pay them. No matter your educational history, your future is yours to create and I will help you. I'll lay it out for you straight so you know how to go about finding money and building wealth.

To kick this off, I'm looking for people 18-30 to help me create a name for the show to replace "Young Hustlers." The winner will receive our Power Jar filled with “Don't Be A Little Bitch,” “Hustle Muscle,” and “Whatever it Takes” wristbands. It's time for a new generation to make their mark and instead of me slamming generations after me, I'm choosing to mentor and motivate them. Hit me up on Twitter @grantcardone and fire off a question. We'll also take callers to give people a chance to ask a question on the air. Looking forward to it. Be great!

How to Make Money and Become Richer Every Day

There are countless ways of making money. It all begins with your motivation to get creative and be determined to go for success. The world's richest entrepreneurs started with an idea that just came into their mind and they decided to chase their goals. You have heard from the several forums they have been invited on to give inspirational speeches. The bottom line is your determination to reach success. You can then start a business that will see you making more money every day. Here are some of the tips you should have in mind so as to make money.

Start with the Little You Have
The little money you have should be used in generating more. All you need is a business idea and a clear business plan so as to get you started. Therefore you need to know that the money you have cannot grow to make you successful in life unless you invest it in some viable project. Banks interest rates are not that good to get you to success. However, if you did a good research today on a good business idea that you have always had, that way you will be ended to success.

Don't Let Any Coin Pass Your Way without Trying to Get It
If you are an entrepreneur, you understand what that statement would mean. It means don't let an opportunity you are viable for pass your way. You should consider the money making opportunities, not the spending opportunities. Although you have to spend to gain some more, there needs to be more than an equilibrium in your favor. Therefore, if you have not been keen to identify opportunities, you should be keen from today. There are so many opportunities you just need to be keen so that these opportunities don't pass you.

Don't Just Look on One Direction, Opportunities Are Everywhere
As much as it is good to concentrate on one item before looking for the other, you also need to be aware that this can lead to loss of opportunities. You need to aim at diversifying your money making ideas. The most successful entrepreneurs offer multiple services. Although they are in one business line, you will find that they have other side gigs to keep them going. Therefore you need to be vigilant to identify opportunities where you can diversify your business so that you can make more money by tapping into different opportunities.

Decrease Expenses and Save More to Make More Money
Even the moment your business more profits than normal, you need to save more so as to get richer. Reduce your spending and increase your savings is a formula that will help you accumulate your wealth. You can save in the bank or by buying assets that you can sell in future.

Invest in High Returning Ventures
Think of projects that will give you more value in the future. Don't invest in projects that keep you in the same position, you need to grow. Therefore some investments like real estate that are always increasing value can be good.

Entrepreneurs are always self-motivated. They have the intrinsic determination, and their goals are their inspirations.
